Cream Cheese Butter Cookies
Creamy and delicious, these flavorful little morsels will disappear quickly! Otherwise known as Holly Wreaths, this recipe is a classic and will be enjoyed by everyone.
PREP TIME: 20 minutes COOK TIME: 6-8 minutes SERVINGS: 3 dozen
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
Colored sugar sprinkles
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (196°C).
In large bowl, beat together the sugar, cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla extract and blend well.
Add the flour and mix well. Put the dough in a cookie press according to manufacturer instructions, and press out into onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes and decorate with sugar sprinkles.
