BBQ Drumsticks
These drumsticks are super easy to make and so flavorful. We usually take any leftovers and use the meat for salads or quesadillas.
INGREDIENTS
12 whole chicken legs
1 teaspoon salt
1 jar BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken legs on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil or broiler pan and sprinkle with salt. Place in the oven and roast for 25 minutes.
After roasting, switch the oven to broil to crisp and brown the legs. Broil for five minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 and pull the chicken legs from the oven. Brush the legs generously with BBQ sauce and put back on the pan. Return the pan to the oven for 15 minutes until hot and sizzling.
